Orders and confirmation

Orders sent through this website or WhatsApp are confirmed only after we reply with the final price, design and pickup or delivery time.

Pricing

Menu prices shown on this website are indicative and may change. Custom designer cakes are priced based on design, size and weight, and are quoted individually.

Custom designs

We do our best to recreate reference designs as closely as possible. Small variations in colour, decoration or finish may occur because every cake is handmade.

Advance payment and cancellations

Custom and large orders may require an advance payment. Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Once preparation has started, advance payments may not be refundable.

Pickup and delivery

Please check your cake at the time of pickup or delivery. Cakes should be stored in a cool place or refrigerated and consumed fresh.

Allergens

Our cakes are eggless, but may contain or come in contact with milk, gluten, nuts, soy and other allergens. Let us know about any allergies when ordering.
